During the week of December 27th-30th, Two Feathers hosted the first week of Winter Break Activities. It began with Pajama Day at Mill Creek Cinema where the youth watched Puss In Boots: The Last Wish. The following day, we hosted a Blanket Making workshop with a nacho bar.

On June 12th, Two Feathers had 27 youth (TAY age included) and 15 adults travel to the Bay Area for the Native American Heritage Night at the San Francisco Giants Game. During this event, our group highlighted the importance of coming together as a community for a collective goal, which is to protect and acknowledge the indigenous land we are on. With over 700 people in attendance, Two Feathers hosted its first community-wide Easter egg hunt. This event followed two years of isolation and too few community events due to the pandemic. On Saturday, April 2nd, families gathered at Two Feathers’ garden where they played in the dirt, painted flower pots, listened to stories by Ernie Albers, and enjoyed fresh smoothies. Families received strawberry starts that they could take home and plant.

Over 40 people attended a movie night in Orleans where they enjoyed pizza and snacks and the movie Turning Red. While some were watching the movie, others were outside playing basketball.
