The Administration Department handles the general operations and administrative functions to help maintain Two Feathers’ efficacy and strength. The work of this team allows our programming staff to prioritize serving Native youth and the community.

How We Support Our Team

Our Administrative staff serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping connect people with services or community resources while supporting our direct service team's work with youth. Administrative Operations handles the essential day-to-day functions that keep our organization running smoothly, including:

Transportation

Managing vehicle reservations, maintenance, and mileage tracking to ensure our services reach youth where they are.

Communications & Events

Coordinating cross-department communication, planning events, booking venues, and connecting with vendors.

Facilities Management

Maintaining clean, well-stocked office and programming spaces, and scheduling safety inspections to keep our properties secure.

Legal & HR Operations

Managing contracts, maintaining our 501c3 status and insurance coverage, and handling staff onboarding to support our field work

Grant Administration

Collaborating with directors to track project progress, evaluating and communicating programming outcomes, and identifying new funding sources that align with our mission, vision, and values

Access & Quality Assurance

Guiding youth, families, and providers through the referral and intake processes, managing service billing claims, and ensuring compliance standards.

Our Admin team ensures the behind-the-scenes work gets done so our direct service staff can focus on building community relationships and serving youth in need.
